🎯Position Objective 

As part of the development of Corum AM’s ESG strategy for its international real estate portfolio, the ESG Strategy Manager is seeking a Junior Analyst for a final-year internship starting in September 2025, lasting 4 to 6 months, in Lisbon.

You will join the ESG department within the Strategy and Fund Management team, which is experiencing rapid growth. The main goal is to define and implement Corum Asset Management’s ESG strategy across its entire real estate portfolio and throughout the value chain. 

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all Corum AM teams: investment, property management, fund management, technical, marketing, and compliance.

💼Your Responsabilities

ESG Strategy Implementation

• Contribute to the operational deployment of Corum AM’s ESG strategy during investment phases and asset management cycles
• Assist in ensuring Corum AM’s compliance through co-production of qualitative and quantitative reports and monitoring of the ISR label for the Corum EURION fund
• Co-develop the ESG department by improving tools, processes, and producing documents related to Corum AM’s ESG strategy

Specific Tasks

• Participate in the analysis of ESG performance of investment opportunities
• Help collect, monitor, and manage ESG data for portfolio assets, in collaboration with our external provider Deepki
• Support Asset Managers in integrating ESG aspects of their buildings and stakeholder relationships (tenants, service providers, internal teams, etc.)

ESG Department Development

• Optimize ESG performance monitoring tools for the real estate portfolio
• Produce reports and documents related to Corum AM’s ESG strategy for internal and external teams (e.g., banks)
• Conduct research (benchmarks) and regulatory monitoring as needed

Compliance

• Contribute to the production and monitoring of ESG KPIs (energy and carbon performance, potable water consumption, biodiversity)
• Assist in updating documents related to European regulations (SFDR, LEC 29)

ISR Label for Corum EURION SCPI

• Help evaluate real estate assets and their ESG performance over time
• Track ESG action plans and support their implementation with Asset Managers
• Assist in maintaining documentation required for the ISR label

• You are fluent in English (required); knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Project management skills
• Strong analytical, writing, and synthesis abilities
• You’re comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You’re curious about sustainable finance and real estate, and eager to learn more.
