OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLES
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Property Accountant to be part of the ongoing transformation of our asset management team. Based in Lisbon, this permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international fast-paced environment, where you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of our real estate portfolio. Role description is described but not limited to the following:
YOUR MISSIONS
- Develop effective working relationships with the operational departments, asset and property managers, accounting teams and other key business stakeholders.
- Support asset management team with administrative tasks such as property registration
- Manage tenant billing for charges and rents
- Support the annual service charge reconciliations and ensure that agreed deadlines are met
- Follow the unpaid rents and manage bad dept procedures and reporting
- Develop into a Subject Matter Expert in Property Accounting processes and act as backup to other future property accountants.
- Use Yardi software for property accounting and financial reporting tasks.
YOUR PROFIL
Diploma and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting preferably in account receivable
- Experience reviewing bank statements, preparing reconciliations, and investigating variances
- Experience with YARDI ERP is a great asset
- Experience working with commercial properties is a strong asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English
- French knowledge is a plus
