European investment company headquartered in Paris with over 250 full time staff. The company provides long term savings products to retail investors through 3 internally managed real estate funds. It currently manages over 6,5 billion euros AUM from c. 120,000 investors. Set up in 2011, the company has a strong track record of opportunistic investing in core/core plus investments across all commercial real estate sectors in 17 European countries. The company has benefitted from high growth and success in its fundraising, doubling its AUM in the last 3 years as a result. The majority of the capital raised is invested annually with the company completing on average 20-30 acquisitions each year. The company will launch their 4th real estate fund in November 2024 with an investment focus in the US.
We have offices in Paris, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Vienna.
The role
The company is looking for a candidate to fill an investment analyst role on a 6 month internship. The successful candidate should be someone who is interested in starting a career in pan-European real estate investment. The individual will join the Corum sourcing team and will be based in the London office. The day to day role involves working across sectors and geographies with different members of the sourcing team who are located in Corum’s Amsterdam, Vienna and Lisbon offices.
The aim of the role will be to support the sourcing managers to successfully build active pipeline across multiple European markets for the 3 funds under management. The successful candidate will need to:
- Analyse investment opportunities
- Build cashflow models
- Source market information
- Analyse tenant/company financials
- Help prepare and present investment committee presentations and internal investment memos
This will be the newest hire in the sourcing team for 4 years providing the opportunity for a successful candidate to secure a longer term place in the team.
The London office has 11 full time employees with 5 members in the real estate team involved in sourcing, transaction and asset management.
The manager
The candidate will report to Jonny who looks after the sourcing for the UK, Irish and US markets. He joined in 2018 from Nuveen to set up the Corum office in London and is an equity partner of the company.
The candidate
Either a recently qualified surveyor (RICS); a post graduate or an individual undertaking a university masters sandwich course, with the university courses in real estate, business or finance degrees/qualifications.

The internship will run for 6 months. A flexible working schedule can be structured if the candidate is undertaking a sandwich course.
