CORUM is recruiting an Investment Analyst (up to 3 years’ experience) to join its Investment Team in Lisbon. The role is well suited to a highly motivated individual looking to build a long‑term career in investment management within a pan‑European real estate platform.

It manages four real estate funds and has built a strong track record in opportunistic and core‑plus investing across all major commercial real estate sectors in 17 European countries.

💼 Your missions 

You will join the Sourcing Team, working closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing real estate investment opportunities across sectors and asset classes

• Building and maintaining detailed discounted cash flow models

• Analysing market, valuation and comparable transaction data

• Reviewing tenant, sponsor and counterparty financials

• Preparing investment committee materials and internal investment memoranda

• Supporting senior team members throughout the Transactions

The Investment Team is composed of the Sourcing Team and the Transactions Team. In this role, you will be an active member of the Sourcing Team, responsible for originating, underwriting, modelling and structuring new transactions across various countries and asset classes. You will continue to be involved as transactions progress to execution and are led by the Transactions Team.

👤Qualifications and experience

• Background in real estate, finance, investment banking, consulting or private equity, or alternatively recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management with relevant professional experience

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess complex financial and investment scenarios across multiple countries and asset classes

• Working proficiency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy

• Clear and confident communicator, able to understand, synthesise and articulate real estate fundamentals, macroeconomic trends and investment rationales, both verbally and through high‑quality written materials and presentations

• Self‑starter with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable taking ownership of workstreams while operating effectively within a team environment

• Resilient and adaptable work ethic, able to perform under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑moving transactional context

• Interest in cross‑border investing, with the flexibility and curiosity to work across European markets and sectors

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modelling, scenario analysis and professional‑grade presentation materials
