🎯About the role
As our Local Demand Gen/Field Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, you will be the driving force behind our market presence and pipeline growth in the Dutch market.
Reporting to the Head of International Marketing, you will own the full demand generation engine: from email nurturing and event execution to paid acquisition and budget management.
This is a very hands-on role & you will work very closely with the sales team to ensure tight marketing-sales alignment and deliver measurable business impact.

💼 Your missions
📍 This job is based in Amsterdam.
Email Campaigns
Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns targeting prospects and leads across the funnel (awareness, nurturing, conversion)
Segment audiences and personalize messaging to maximize open rates, CTR, and conversion
Monitor campaign performance and continuously A/B test to improve results
Events and Field Marketing
Plan, organize, and attend local events (trade shows, roundtables, webinars, partner events) to generate a qualified pipeline
Coordinate logistics, speakers, messaging, and follow-up workflows for each event
Identify and evaluate new event opportunities relevant to the Dutch market
Budget Management
Own and manage the Netherlands marketing budget
Track spending, optimize allocations, and report on ROI across all marketing initiatives
Work with Finance and Marketing leadership to forecast and plan quarterly investments
Demand Generation
Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to generate net-new demand
Create content and collaborate with other regional teams to localize assets for the Dutch market
Build repeatable campaign playbooks and track performance against pipeline targets
Paid Acquisition
Experience in managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant Dutch channels
Optimize targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages to maximize ROI (with the assistance of a local freelancer)
Analyze performance data and report on ROAS, CPL, and contribution to the pipeline
👤Qualifications and experience
Required:
5 years of experience in Demand Gen, Field Marketing, or Growth Marketing in a fast-moving B2C/B environment
Proven track record of generating pipeline and contributing to revenue growth
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Adobe is a plus)
Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously
Budget management experience with a data-driven mindset
Native Dutch speaker, with professional proficiency in English
Based in Amsterdam and ready to come into the office
Nice to have:
Experience in Asset Management, Funds, or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
Experience working in an international marketing environment
