We are looking for an experienced Designated Person – Capital & Financial Management to join our Dublin team on a part-time basis.

💼 Your missions 

Capital & Financial Management :

As Designated Person for Capital & Financial Management, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring compliance with the Company's minimum capital requirements and expenditure requirements

• Maintenance of the Capital Planning Policy

• Regulatory filings with CBI Portal returns for finance-related matters (and other filings, such as Corporation Tax & Annual returns)

• Preparing financial and regulatory reporting for the Board

• Coordinating the preparation of audited financial statements and liaising with external auditors.

• Preparing interim financial statements.

• Accounting (budget preparation and review, invoicing review and payment, Accounting records...)

Oversight of Fund Operations

You will provide oversight of key operational and financial activities relating to the funds, including:

• Fund Accounting (budget preparation and review, invoicing review and payment, Accounting records…)

• Oversight of administrators, depositaries, and other service providers

• Supervision of semi-annual and annual financial reporting for the funds

• Coordination with external fund auditors

• Supporting the onboarding of new funds, service providers, and other ad hoc projects from a financial management perspective

Corporate Accounting

You will also contribute to the Company's accounting activities, including :

• Process supplier invoices

• Process payroll entries

• Managing tax declarations and payments

• Calculating intragroup re-invoicing

• Producing monthly closing activities for the Group

👤About You

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified accountant.

• Minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience.

• Strong experience in operational and financial activities within the funds, asset management, or broader financial services industry.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Experience interacting with clients and service providers.

• Prior approval by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) as a Designated Person for Capital & Financial Management would be desirable.

• Experience within the UCITS fund industry would be desirable.

• Available to start within a short notice period.
